Who we are
Accountability International is a non-partisan, non-government organization (NGO) based in Canberra, Australia. It was created on 16th December 2014 by a group of committed students from different countries around the world, and with the support of like-minded friends, scholars and professors in ANU, those who wished to join together to create global social capital; to improve accountability around the world - especially in developing countries.
Vision
To introduce greater accountability within the public and private sectors, as well as in society as a whole, in order to enhance public service delivery, reduce and eradicate corruption, reduce poverty and bring-about harmonization.
Mission
AIs mission is to enhance global accountability, integrity and transparency through the use of technologies; to underpin bottom-up empowerment by linking this with a top-down approach.
